I am presently considering opening a tearoom and
need advice.
What kind of chef do I need, approximate salary?
I will need pastries, can one chef do it all or do
I need two.
Is there resources for menu ideas and receipes?
Any and all web sites available for starting a tearoom
would be appreciated.
Where do I search for a chef in Iowa for this tearoom?
