Have you been asked for these recipes by your soon-to-be-ex-employer? If not, I wouldn't feel obligated to leave anything like that behind. If so, then it's time to ask yourself, "Would it be in my best interest to burn this bridge today?" And you may want to answer that one very conservatively indeed, since it could come back to haunt you over the years (no matter how wronged you might feel today) ...
