I am looking for a method to grill fish and some meats in my restaurant that will give them a wood flovor. Can't swing or find enough space for the regular wood burning grills and am looking into a " Jade Chitwood Smoker Grill" Has anyone used this grill or do you have any leads on other grills that you know do an excellent job on wood flavor? Thanks.
