Why is it that every time chefs get involved in any type of intelligent discussion on this board, it ends up in personal attacks? We could agree that we all have different experiences with our craft, which makes us treat ingredients differently and methods slightly differently.
Sometimes our egos get so big it's a wonder we can all post on the same board. How about a little respect for our peers?
