Having been watching this great tennis match here, it looks more and more like stalemate to me. Different cooking styles, philosophies and experiences are obviously going to foster different points of view. There is nothing wrong here with expressing these views, and playing off each others ideas - that's what these forums are here for, aren't they? As long as we remain professionals.
