I wonder if there is much difference between the two?
They are both to attract people to food.
I most recently have tried to start doing side work without having to worry about catering problems of licensing and food insurance responsibilities by providing only "show pieces" or "center pieces" of carvings of watermelons and the like. I also decided to share my work online and to encourage others
to participate at my site: http://members.spree.com/picacook/garnish.htm
I hope this will help anyone by encouraging any ideas in garnishing or display foods... Picacook's Visual Cooking:
Picacook is all about "Pictures 'a' Cooking"...stop by for visual ideas.
