I have always used a NY Strip for my Roast Beef with a price of 5.49 per lb. Well the phone is ringing for weddings and most have a lowere budget than what I have priced on the current menu. I would like to offfer a lower cost alternative. My question is what cut are others using for Roast Beef ?
