200 people- 12 waiters - 2 plates per waiter.
Take the order get the food, back to the table ("waiter, can I have another Drink")
Take the second order, get the food return to the table ("waiter we need more water and bread")
etc. etc.
(IMHO)You would be lucky to have the last guest served in under 30 minutes, or more likely an hour assuming that a modicum of service was provided to the other guests.
Also isn't it considered polite to wait till every one at the everyone at the table has been served to start eating.
