I'm doing cocktail foods for their Halloween Party, their New Years Eve Party (if I decide I want to work on that night) and also finger foods to compliment a wine tasting party this neighborhood will be having in the spring. Like I said, last year they had paella. Not sure if something like jambalaya would be too similar or not. I would love for them to choose appetizers but I know their budget for this one is alot smaller than the other parties. I've never done appetizers for only $10 per person. Cocktail parties are some of my favorite foods to cater. I probably have a good 50-60 hot and cold items that I do and always get rave reviews on them. Thanks for your help.
