I call it the BOIL. For $10.00 per person for 150...I would provide it all day, of course your crowd can't be the snoddy toodys. Fresh red new potato's, mini ears of corn-on-the-cob, smoked beef saugage, carrot coins, vidalia onions, fresh Shrimp ($6 bucks a pound). Boil all together with seafood seasonings (shrimp boil is good) be careful with the spicy stuff. When finished dump it into your chaffing dishes and serve with plenty of buttered garlic toast.
For crowds of 50 and below I normally get $14.00 per person but usually throw in a few extra pounds of shrimp. No one goes away hungry.
