My mother is planning to start a catering business that includes the food, beverages, entertainment, etc. She has the financial backing for it. However, she has 0% expertise!
I'm purchasing some of the "How to" Catering books. I will be helping her.
Does anyone know of any good resources for equipment, supplies, etc? Are there any professional organizations we could join? Do you know of any resources in NC (where the business will be located)?
