Pietro Giusseppi Franciolo, latest edition 1979, he worked in the 30's.

Well, we're outta luck. When Bridge Kitchenware contacted MORA, their people said that this book is out of stock and has been out of print for at least 8 years. Don't know if there ever was an English edition. I'll keep an eye out for two copies of either, but it could take awhile (like years) ...
