We are a new restaurant opening soon. We are associated with a
travel plaza and will therefore be open 24 hrs. a day.
I am in the process of trying to write training and operating
manuals. Even though I have many years in foodservice,
I have never approached it from this perspective. I have
accumulated a tremendous amount of data and info, but am at a
loss on creating a readable outline.
If I could locate similar manuals, just to have a basic idea of
how they are laid out, it would be a TREMENDOUS help. If you
have any ideas, let me know. PLEASE
