This 'crap' has stood me in good stead for any crap that
owners would like to dish out..
Now, as I continue my career, I have acheived some minor sucess,
and an impressive CV, so I can ask, and usually get what i want
from owners...
We all take the crap, from time to time..this is not a job for
the faint hearted... or the thin skinned...
I make it my job to become as indispensible as possible,
as quickly as possible, then owners think twice about dishing
out the crap...
But it will always be there..I have to keep MYSELF in check,
so that i don't treat my staff, the exact same way i was treated.
A chefs sarcastic tongue can be more wounding than their knife!!!
At least I dish out the crap, with a few double bourbons, after work!!!
