Do you know many (any?) Chefs who smoke cigarettes?
How about the "Great Chefs", did any of the old masters
smoke?
How dramatically do you think cigarette smoking affects
the palette? I would think it must affect it some, but
do you think it's enough to keep a good cook from
becomming a great cook?
