yes still in school and a sous chef, but you don't know me , i was in upper management for 8 years before i started cooking , since then i have devoted every ounce of my time to this profession, i take part in every competition i can , i'm student president at my culinary program, and run a junior chefs chapter for the local acf chapter here. being a chef is not just the ability to cook and follow recipes it is also the ability to manage a kitchen . which i do well . i'm am not a 18 or 19 year old school kid. wet behind the ears to the way business are ran. and yea as you have guessed by know i'm in the United States. WHEN YOU HAVE PASSION FOR THE CULINARY ARTS ANY THING IS POSSIBLE!!
