We are catering a kentucky derby party on the first sat of may
I need food ideas that are appropriate with this event..
so far my menu is
will be serve out doors
Grilled Whole Beef Tenderloin, Carved
Grilled Fish (havent decided which)
Grilled Lime/Pepper Chicken
Grilled Vegetables (eggplant, Zucchini, Portabella mushrooms, red peppers, asparagus
sweet potatoes) any basting ideas?????
Curried Fruit
Burgoo stew (need a gameless recipe)
Derby Pie
Mint Julep (we make a mean one)
