: I am interested in becoming a personal chef in the Boston area. The U.S. Personal Chef Assoc. offers a training package for $$$$. Anyone got a used one to sell?? Also, tell me what you think of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.

You don't need to buy the package from anyone. Search the Internet for "personal chef service" and you will discover everything you need to know.

You know how to cook, you know how to write menus, you have a good sense of customer relations, you have equipment.....Just go do it.

Don't plan on getting rich right away. Keep your day job. It takes awhile to help people re-think the idea of paying someone else to cook for them. Also, it is a hard days work, I can tell you. But it is highly rewarding IMHO.

Email me if you want more info.

About Cambridge School of Culinary Arts -> go to www.shawguides.com and do some research there.

Cheers, and happy cheffing.
