I did an apprenticeship with Maurice Leduc of Paris in Cambridge MAss, a Looong apprenticeship that stretched into a decade by the time I was done. He could do it all, cocoa painting scenes and relief sugar carving of the roman scenes on the arc de triumph I remember well, I did it a bit but running the store takes a lot of enthusiasm out of it. Plus I was under the impression the art died out, I never met anyone familiar with these skills.
