Hullo,Ihave just discovered this site and notice no messages from Australia, so to rectify that...I am a chef at a very busy restaraunt in the country/beach in Victoria,Australia(60,000 meals a year) with just myself and two apprentices. I've been in the business on and off for many years and have a love/hate relationship with cooking. Would like to hear from others around about their experiences,feelings and stuff.
