Just as I wouldnt want a guitar player playing the harp for the first time at one of my
weddings, nor should someone with "management" experience, attempt the catering biz, without
heeding Gerald's advice, and get a job with a good caterer for a couple years...
otherwise, you may only lose alot of money.... besides, it is only money...
but worse, you may lose some sleep....a valuable commodity!
