Hi Hans,
Last year 11 people (children) were killed by coca cola machines, they rocked the machines to try knocking money out of them and the machines fell on them.
Maybe we need a coca cola police.?

Danger lies everywhere in the food chain, salmonella is an increasingly man made phenom in eggs, I think in large part due to feeding chickens ground (raw) chicken by-products. (feet/heads/ etc)ground up and mixed in with grain feed.
They =could= lose a bit of money and go a long way to making eggs safer, raw eggs should be safe to eat.
Its odd to see so many young American chefs obsessed with which sea salt is best but oblivious to the real danger of losing a battle of useable raw ingredients to lobbyists and chicken livered congressmen.
I've followed the chicken egg problem for yrs and its a long time coming home to roost.
The deaths were caused by a bad oven, 1 hr @ 300 and 4 hrs @ 225F.
It could have been pork in the same oven with an egg stuffing, was it the pork, the oven or the eggs.?
None, the chicken comes first.

Regards, Gerard
